Terms & Conditions

If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may send the product back to DesignsofDubai and request a refund or exchange. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

To receive a refund or exchange, merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and received within 7 days of the original purchase date by UPS or DHL insured mail to

1.  Re-pack and seal the product securely
2.  Include the original invoice in the return package
3.  Complete the Return/Exchange form and include this completed form in your return   package – you can obtain the return form by emailing us at designsofdubai@gmail.com
4. If you desire an exchange, please be sure to choose on the Return/Exchange form the new size and/or color selection you need.
5.  Once when receive your return, we will refund your money excluding the shipping cost.
6. For refunds, the amount that was paid will be refunded back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase.

7. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
